We take time for your orders: We send your orders out between 9.00 und 18.00h CET during working days.
A. Shipping costs & time:
For one package we charge 5,90 EUR.
Up to 500 EUR cart value, we charge 19,90 EUR
Up to 2.500 EUR cart value, we charge 39,90 EUR
Usually the order is delivered within 7 working days. However, our shipping service provider is primarily responsible for the delivery. We will provide you with the tracking ID to follow your shipping.
3. WORDLWIDE (all excl. European countries):
Up to 500 EUR cart value, we charge 39,90 EUR
Up to 2.500 EUR cart value, we charge 79,90 EUR
Depending on the destination country the delivery can take up to 10 days working days. We will share a tracking code with you once the order is sent with which you can track delivery time.

Either DHL, UPS or FEDEX.

B. Return policy
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a free of charge return of products. You have to pay the shipping costs if you like to send back products.
For returns, please contact our customer support before sending the items back to our company. You can contact support per e-mail via firstname.lastname@example.org.
The costs of the return will be deducted from the paid amount or be billed additionally to you. For this, the customer service team will contact you.
Returns have to be reported within 14 days after receiving the items.
C. Custom duties and related costs
It is in your own responsability to check for custom duties in your country of import. Please be aware that we do not refund costs occured during the import process. In the checkout process, we clearly indicate that additional costs can occur.
In addition, in the case of sent back items without contacting our customer support before, we will not accept any costs that may occur for us due to the import duties to Germany. These costs will be deducted from the to be refunded amount.
Can I change the delivery address?
As long as the order is not shipped, (you receive a confirmation of shipment once it is sent) you can change the delivery address. However, you must act fast as we process orders quite fast. We cannot guarantee an address change. Contact our customer service fast via email@example.com.
